Returns & Exchanges

At Meadowlark Jewellery, we want you to be completely enamored with your new piece. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns or exchanges on unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully place the jewellery in its original branded packaging and secure it within a padded shipping box to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it clearly to the outside of your parcel before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the item to ensure it is in original condition, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
